Client was facing 1st Degree Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon for a fight with an individual born a man but who identifies as a woman. Client allegedly used “hands” in a deadly manner. Client was facing 15-99 years in Texas Department of Corrections. After 5 day trial, the jury found Client Not Guilty of 1st Degree Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon. He was able

The State of Texas vs. Brandon Gonzales , October 2020 Hunt County, Texas
Client was wrongfully accused of mass shooting at a party. Client was arrested for 2 counts of Capital Murder and a $1 million bond the next day. He was labeled a mass murderer across the world through the media. He immediately hired Wilkerson and Campbell. We immediately found the necessary witnesses and evidence to prove client’s innocence. 9 days after arrest charges were dropped against our client and he was freed from jail and went home to his family.
The State of Texas vs. Derick Roberson, December 2022, Tarrant County, TX
Client was wrongfully accused of Capital Murder – Injury to a Child by Omission. A rarely utilized charge in the State of Texas. Client, who had never been arrested before, faced the possibility of Life in Prison with Parole. Client was accused of failing to render aid to a baby who abused, beaten and burned by Client’s living girlfriend. This was unknown to our client who worked long hours and was concealed from the abuse. After 6 day trial, Client was Not Found Guilty of Capital Murder and he went home to his family.
